How to claim a refund

Subject to the return policy, a product can be returned, regardless of the reason, within 14 consecutive days of delivery of the order. To return an item, follow the simple steps below:

  1. Contact our Customer Service through the “Contact” page, indicating the order number and the items you wish to return
  2. Print the return form provided by our Customer Service and attach it to the package containing the item to be returned
  3. Send the item to be returned to the following address:

Refund amount

We will refund the payments we have received from you. Please note that the costs of returning the/the product(s) to our warehouse, by courier or postal service, are exclusively borne by the customer.

Refund process

We will process the refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not be charged any extra cost generated by the refund.

Refund time

We will process the refund no later than:

  • 14 days from the date we receive the product you wish to return; or
  • 14 days from the date you provide proof that you have returned the products, or
  • If no product has been delivered, 14 days after the date we are informed of your decision to cancel the order.

You will receive an e-mail confirming that the refund was successful and indicating the total amount refunded.

Returns

Policy and procedure

You have the right to return the products within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide any reason.

Before requesting the return of a product, check that the products meet the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of sale:

  • The products must be in their original state, intact, still equipped with all labels and safety film, any special packaging and accessories included
  • Incomplete, damaged, used or modified items will not be accepted
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the order
  • The box of the returned item must be sent to the courier within 14 days of the return authorization.

To request the return of the product you must contact our Customer Service.

Please note that the shipping costs of the product/products returned to our warehouse, by courier or postal service, are exclusively borne by the customer.
